Florida Community Prevention Center, Inc. (formerly Healing BALM of NE Fl., Inc.) is a community prevention program located in beautiful downtown Fernandina Beach, Florida.  We provide HIV/AIDS Counseling, Testing, and Linkage (CTL), Substance Abuse Education and Awareness, Community Development Capacity Building, Sexual Assault Counseling, Youth Counseling, and Transitional Housing Assistance for displaced families.

Most of our services are free and open to the general public.  Our community outreach activities have reached approximately 6000 individuals in North Florida and South Georgia.
