Events/Programs

We are still the only community-based agency providing mobile prevention outreach in all five counties of North Florida and South Georgia.  Our outreach also includes ‘foot-patrols’ in some of the most remote and rural areas in Florida.

Community Outreach Education

Every year we team up with Wal-Mart and host a back-to-school health fair for area school-aged youth.  Students receive free physicals, eye screenings, and school supplies to get them ready for the new year.

Our group-level counseling program is geared to work in any setting.  We provide on-site accommodations in our office or directly within the walls of where a group gathers.  Additionally, many of our group-level sessions have resulted in the formulation of support groups for mental health, substance abuse, sexual assault, HIV/AIDS, and teen peer issues.

SWAG is just one of our special projects we have developed to offer the community more diversified programs.  The SWAG Project is for young girls ages 10—18.  We provide personal development classes, peer education, counseling, field trips, and more.
