Florida Community Prevention Center, Inc. (formerly Healing BALM of Northeast Florida, Inc.) mission is to promote health awareness and education in communities across America through training and research.  Located in beautiful Fernandina Beach, Florida we provide a full array of social service, training and development, and outreach prevention services.

Fernandina Beach, Florida is a rural community located in Nassau County just north of Jacksonville, Florida and is within minutes of South Georgia.  The population of Nassau County is approximately 68,000 residents.

Florida Community Prevention Center serves the entire Northeast Florida area but conducts workshops, trainings, and prevention projects throughout the United States.  Our community outreach projects have reached over 6000 individuals.

To become an Internationally recognized leader in the development community health prevention with a concentration on HIV/AIDS, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and health disparities for people of color.  FCPC is devoted to helping communities across the country become sustainable models in the populations they serve through ongoing training, technical assistance, research and evaluation.
